I can't believe she's four! Pictures...

These are Karah's birthday pictures from ages 1 to 4

(to me she looks almost the same in these-it's the pictures below that you can see the changes. I didn't have time to look through the pictures that I have taken. It's kind of weird but some of the ones from our camera I almost like better than any of these. Probably because they show her personality and I have memories in each of the shots! I do like to go to a studio and get pictures though-I like how they look framed...maybe because it's more traditional.)

7-29-08 Our 9th Wedding Anniversary!

No, Shawn was not in town for our anniversary but he still arranged for roses to be delivered to me! Yay! What a sweetheart! I can't believe we've already been married for 9 years! It's gone so fast but at the same time it feels like we've always been married! Here are some pictures of our time together over the past 13 years...(you can click on each picture if you want to see them bigger) I don't remember all of the dates but I do remember the memories! I cherish the time I've had with my soul mate! He makes me feel like I can do anything with him by my side and hopefully I do the same for him! I love being his wife and I am glad I've had him as my companion through all the challenges life has thrown us! I am grateful for our 3 special girls and I love how tender and fun he is with them! He truly is a great dad! Shawn always tries to help me with the house or with whatever seems to be overwhelming me and I appreciate it a lot! He is a wonderful husband and my best friend! I am glad I've had him in my life and I am looking forward to spending forever with him! I love you Shawn! 7-6-08 relaxing outside

This was such a nice day so after church we decided to lay out a blanket in the shade and hang out. It was really fun playing outside with my girls! It was also a great opportunity to take pictures to send to daddy!

I love their new dresses! Especially Lyssi's! holding their favorite things-shoes for Lys and a book for Boo Karah, Alyssa and me cheese!

'We can't sit still too long!' Lys loves shoes and she's actually pretty good at walking in them! In the grass is a little more difficult! 'Watch what I can do!'

5-25-08 Karah's first talk at church

Karah gave her very first talk in primary on May 25th! Sorry, this is posted so late but I couldn't get it to upload until now! Don't forget to turn your sound on. (The last day in Germany before we left I accidentally broke Shawn's camera. It still would turn on just no picture so I thought I could put it on the record mode and push record when Karah's talk starts. It worked!) I think she did very good! I just asked her questions all week that had to do with her topic and then she took it from there!

6-13-08 Babysitting Group

It's my turn to babysit again and I planned a few things for the kids to do so they'd be really good! It really helps, I swear! This was the hit for the night. I blew up the swimming pool and had a HUGE bucket of stuffed animals that I'd dump on them. They loved it! Then they'd pick them all up and I'd dump it on their heads again! Simple things right!?! These little geese are such silly-gooses! Here they are waiting patiently for me to drop the stuffed animals on them! Yay! Time to wiggle wiggle wiggle! Lys next to the bucket. She looks tired! (As of now...

Remember how all the other gals in our group were pregnant at the same time(except me-I get to hold them-yay!) Well, they all had their babies! We have now doubled the number of kids in our babysitting group.

Pretty soon all these little ones will have their even littler siblings coming to babysitting night too! Joseph has a new baby brother Aaron, Abbey has a new baby brother Jaden, Anela has a new baby brother Wyatt, Brad has a new baby sister Lucy, and Karah already has a little sister Alyssa. Five boys and five girls! Two perfect handfuls! Congrats guys! We love you all!)
